1. Acceptance of Terms & Entity Information

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity, "Client" or "Buyer") and RealJo World Trade LLC("RealJo", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, located at 8400 NW 33RD STE 310, Doral, FL 33122.

By accessing our website (realjoworldtrade.com), requesting quotes, submitting purchase orders, or executing international commercial invoices, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & Trade Operations

RealJo World Trade LLC provides global procurement, wholesale supply, product distribution, and international logistics services across core trade operations:

  • Home Appliances, Renewable Energy & General Merchandise: We sell and distribute home appliances, renewable energy products including solar panels and batteries, and other general merchandise based on customer and market demand.
  • Wholesale B2B Agro-Commodities & Energy: Supply of refined fuels (Gasoline, Diesel), frozen poultry/meats (Chicken Quarter Legs, MDM, Pork Loin, Ground Beef), grains and legumes (Rice, Beans), dry culinary goods (Flour, Sugar, Pasta, Cooking Oil), and dairy/egg products under institutional specifications.
  • Vehicle Export & International Shipping Logistics: Sourcing and sales from wholesale export inventory, as well as third-party vehicle logistics including RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off), containerized auto loading, export customs documentation, and ocean freight forwarding.

3. Commercial Quotes, Invoicing & Payment Terms

Quotes issued via our Trade Desk or sales channels are estimates until formalized in an official Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Order, or Agreement signed by an authorized representative of RealJo World Trade LLC.

  • Timing of Charges & Order Confirmation: Customers are charged when their orders are confirmed, before fulfillment, dispatch, or delivery. Orders will be released for staging, warehousing, and international shipping logistics upon successful receipt and verification of payment.
  • Payment Methods: Authorized bank wire transfer (SWIFT / Fedwire), confirmed irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C), or approved electronic gateway transactions processed through certified payment partners.
  • Statement Descriptor: Charges processed electronically or through card merchant gateways will appear on your financial statement as REALJO WORLD TRADE or REALJO TRADE DESK.
  • Currency & Taxes: Unless expressly stated in the proforma invoice, all monetary transactions are calculated in United States Dollars (USD). The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, destination value-added taxes (VAT), or port terminal handling fees in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

4. Billing Inquiries, Customer Support & Dispute Policy

We are committed to transparent trade and reducing financial dispute friction for both our clients and banking partners:

  • Prior Notice Requirement: If you believe a charge was made in error, or if you need an itemized breakdown, bill of lading confirmation, or payment receipt, you agree to contact RealJo World Trade customer support at info@realjoworldtrade.com or +1 (786) 222-2546 before initiating a formal card chargeback or bank dispute.
  • Resolution Timeline: Our trade and billing support team reviews all billing inquiries within 24 hours. If an error is verified, RealJo will issue an immediate correction or refund to the original payment source.

5. Shipping, Incoterms & Delivery of Cargo

International shipments are governed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Incoterms® 2020 rules designated in the formal commercial invoice (e.g., CIF, FOB, CFR, or EXW):

  • Risk Transfer: Transfer of risk and title passes in accordance with the specified Incoterm. For CIF shipments, RealJo provides marine cargo insurance covering transit up to the destination port discharge point.
  • Inspection Rights: Commercial buyers have the right to request third-party pre-shipment quality and weight inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek) at loading port as stipulated in the contract.
  • Customs Clearance: The importer of record is responsible for timely customs clearance and import documentation at the destination port unless Door-to-Door customs brokerage is explicitly contracted.

6. Cancellations, Deposits & Refund Policy

  • Commodity Contracts: Because wholesale commodities involve live market allocations and charter bookings, purchase contracts are binding upon execution of the proforma invoice and deposit receipt. Cancellations requested prior to vessel loading may be subject to restocking and ocean carrier cancellation fees.
  • Vehicle Shipping & Sourcing: Logistics deposits for vehicle container slots or RoRo space are refundable if cancellation is requested prior to carrier booking confirmation. Once export documentation is validated and the vehicle is delivered to the port terminal, carrier ocean freight charges apply.
  • Refund Execution: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank wire within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Force Majeure, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from acts of God, extreme maritime storms, port strikes, government embargoes, changes in customs regulations, or armed conflict (Force Majeure).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
