  • Corporate & Business Details: Legal entity name, registration jurisdiction, tax identification numbers (EIN/VAT), import/export licenses, and port of destination specifications.
  • Transaction & Payment Data: Wire transfer verification details, proforma invoice records, payment receipts, order history, and billing addresses. Customers are charged when orders are confirmed before fulfillment or delivery. Payment transactions processed through electronic gateways or card networks are tokenized via certified PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
  • Logistics & Merchandise Information: Product model specifications, serial/VIN numbers, container manifest details, and bill of lading consignee records.
  • Technical & Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and aggregated site performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

RealJo World Trade LLC uses the collected data strictly for legitimate commercial and legal operations, including:

  • Preparing commercial quotes, proforma invoices, sales orders, and fulfilling distribution agreements for home appliances, renewable energy products, general merchandise, commodities, and vehicles.
